I’m Shirley Smith-Kosters, a Real Estate Broker Associate, and my
motto in life and in business is to:
“Treat Others As I Wish To
Be Treated.”
Consequently, a huge percentage of my business originates from my large
base of satisfied customers and their referrals.
I believe that Buyers and Sellers deserve “Excellence” when buying
or selling a home and that they have a right to know what to expect
starting with the initial consultation and continuing right up through
the closing. This means — there is no substitute for successful
experience.
Licensed in 1967, I have participated in hundreds of successful
transactions. I have owned my own Real Estate business, been a Sales
Manager for an office of 30 people and have always been in the top 20%
of of any office in which I have worked.
Finding the right home for my Buyers and finding the right Buyers for my
Seller’s home is my ultimate goal. I really enjoy matching my
customers with the right home.
Alan and I enjoy working as a team. I am the “high touch” person and
he is the “high tech” person. It works well for our clients.
NEW! As of November 2004 I am moving toward a new goal:
spending more time with family! Thus my business has merged with the
Radtke Team, and for my friends and clients I strongly recommend that if
I'm unavailable when you're ready to buy or sell, then Ken or Donna will
provide you with the same high touch service that you've come to know
with me!
