Ken is a broker associate in Colorado and has been buying, selling, renting, flipping, or building investment property for 22 years. He's also  been a manager in the fast-moving telecom field during much of that time. For years as a Director of Information Technology for a major corporation he was accustomed to leading the design and development of high technology. Now he has a distinct edge when applying web and computer technology to benefit his clients in finding the perfect property, or creatively marketing one in ways that others wouldn't think of.

Renita assists in the business and also adds a designer's decorator touch. Being active in schools and volunteer efforts, she loves keeping a home and bringing up their two daughters, Rachel and Nikki, aged 24 and 19. The whole family skis aggressively and when they can break away - they retire to their condo in Breckenridge and make good use of Colorado's mountains.
